Gawk At These Tales of Xillia 2 Screens

Posted on Thursday, June 21 @ 20:00:00 Eastern by

Now as far as Japanese Role-Playing Games go, I like mine pretty. Like... drop dead gorgeous. The more visually stimulating the better. That's it... keep turning that dial... I want a lot of pretty.

So that's why these Tales of Xillia 2 screens are noteworthy. They're so goddam pretty! The US never received a localized version of Tales of Xillia (the first), so it's doubtful that we'll ever see the sequel on western shores, but my God, this game looks beautiful.

Say what you will about the Tales series, it sure is nice to look at. My brain struggles to imagine how nice it looks in motion too. Namco Bandai has scheduled Tales of Xillia 2 on PS3 in Japan later this year. I'm not saying I started a petition, but... maybe someone should. At least we know Bamco listens to that kind of pestering.
