Homefront 2 Director Has Reportedly Left Crytek

Posted on Monday, July 14 @ 08:30:00 PST by Alex_Osborn
Hasit Zala, thedirector behind Crytek's upcoming first-person shooterHomefront: The Revolution, has reportedly left the studio.

Not only does this paint a painfully bleak future forThe Revolution, it also doesn't bode well for the dev team behind the title, as a number of other reported departures have allegedly leftstudio without much of its key leadership.

We still have yet to receive any official word from either Crytek or Deep Silver about what's going on with the game or the studio itself, so take these reports with a grain of salt for the time being. I really hope this doesn't result in the cancelation ofHomefront: The Revolution, as what we've seen thus far looks incredibly promising.
