I Am Alive Is Still Alive?

Posted on Saturday, August 20 @ 18:30:00 Eastern by

I am posting. I am watching. Are you watching?

So really, what the hell? Is I Am Alive even... alive? What's going on with the project? It's been about as silent as Agent... oh wait. A very small taste of footage from the game managed to leak out this week, landing just outside of Gamescom, with plenty of gameplay, relative to what we've seen so far. The teaser above starts at 0:31, so go enjoy before it gets taken down, taken out back, and killed.

umm... What's this? I have a feeling this was announced back a while now, or it could be those damn burritos that I had earlier.

Graphs look a bit PS2ish to me. It might be a good game, but is it alive or a zombie shambling its way around the internet, a rumor refusing to die.

Woo I made a thread on this! I won!
Regardless, yes, it was announced in 2008 and went into development hell.

The only thing that looks similar to Uncharted is the platforming, and you play as a white guy in his late 20s/early 30s with dark hair. Even if it was a complete ripoff of Uncharted (which it definitely doesn't seem like from that short trailer), at least they'd be copying a fantastic series.
