While I'm not the most seasoned traveler in the Pandora universe, having only started the game this summer, I will say that these new screenshots are a welcome change of pace. No more dust... some new colors... and some damn sharpcel-shaded styling.
Gearbox Software and 2K Games released these four screen shots at Gamescom this week, but you can be sure there'll be more media and more information about Borderlands 2 at PAX Prime. Keep a close eye on GameRevolution as we bring you everything you need to know about the upcoming sequel.
You mean the level that everyone just runs straight through because they're sick of being jerked around and just want to get to the last boss and hope it drops something good?
believe it or not, I'm not a fan of Borderlands. I thought while the concept and everytihing was nice, the mere fact that you cant create your own character, and are stuck just recoloring a character thats already made, was a gigantic turn off for me.
Really? You based your entire opinion of the game based on character customization. I guess you don't like God of War, Gears of War, Bioshock, Halo, Infamous, Batman AA, or really any games that's not an RPG?
Character customization should be the last thing a person judges a game on.
@Imnickson: The Witcher was a RPG without any character customization, and one of my favorite RPG tiles. And what about Diablo II one of 5 characters only (7 with the expansion pack). As well as almost all old school JRPG’s no character customization in them.
As I said before , Mass Effect is an incredible universe. ME1, 2 and 3 focused on Shepard’s tale but set the scene for books and graphic novels to complement that story arc and chronicle the stories of other characters such as Anderson, and the Illusive Man whose adventures feed into the events we have already played through. Also, I do believe Dual-weilding is either going to be a new feature or the action of the new blue-haired dude.
