InFamous: Second Son Is the Fastest-Selling Entry in the Series

Posted on Thursday, April 10 @ 05:30:00 Eastern by Alex_Osborn

InFamous: Second Son
, Sucker Punch's first PlayStation 4 exclusive, has managed to sell over one million copies within the first nine days of its release.

This makes Second Son the fastest-selling entry in the series, which may not be saying much, since both the original inFamous and its sequel weren't huge sellers for Sony, but considering the limited PS4 install base, the attach rate is quite impressive. Let's also not forget that it managed to dethrone Titanfall in the UK, which is no small feat.

If you haven't already played the game and you own a PlayStation 4, you'd best read our review and then head to your local game retailer and pick up a copy. Not only is it a visual showpiece, it's an absolute blast to play.

If you are currently knee-deep in Second Son, be sure to check out our handy tips guide.
