Justin Bieber Sued By Game Developer

I have never heard of this game. An iOS game poking fun at Justin Bieber? Sure, that's cool..... nnnnNOOOOTTTT!

Still, I've got to give developer RC3 a big hand for fighting back against the (girly) man. After Bieber's attorneys sent a cease-and-desist letter, RC3 filed a preemptive lawsuite against the pop singer claiming that their game is parody protected under the First Amendment.

That's right! Take that you... you... young man who confuses me! I don't understand why mop-like hair and shitty music wins girls! You scare me!

The Hollywood Reporter uncovered the suit that states:

The parody app portrays a beaver floating on a log down a river. The beaver presents with bangs, a lance, and a purple sweater. The beaver knocks 'Phot-Hogs" that are attempting to take his photograph into the river with his lance. The beaver also signs 'Otter-graphs.' The beaver also must dodge the 'whirlpool of success,' which will lead the beaver out of control, while navigating the river.

OTTER-GRAPHS?!?! HAHAHAHAHA! Go fuck yourself Justin Bieber!
