KMart Selling Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Early

Posted on Thursday, November 3 @ 09:04:23 PST by

It may not be the biggest title of the year for you, but it is for many millions. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. Right now, if you hurry, you may be able to snag a copy of it early if you shop around at local KMarts.

According to Kotaku, early shipments of the game arriving to the retailer have a note with the box to begin selling it immediately. Normally a street date notice accompanies any shipments like this, alerting underpaid employees as to when they should hold the stock until.

Reports are coming in that their local KMart stores aren't selling them, so it's possible KMart has caught on. I personally called my local KMart to score a few copies and was told that they didn't receive their shipment yet, and that "everybody is calling for that game".

Retail copies are already appearing on eBay and Craigslist, and information about the game itself being leaked.
