[Update: Officially Revealed] Kojima Teases Special Edition Metal Gear Solid V PlayStation 4

[Update]Konami has officially unveiled the previously teased special edition Metal Gear Solid VPlayStation 4 console that will be available in Japan whenGround Zeroeslaunches in the region.

There's no word on whether it'll be releasing outside of Japan, so sit tight and keep your fingers crossed. That said, I wouldn't hold your breath.

[Original]A PlayStation 4 console adorned withMetal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroesart may be in the works, if a tease by series creator Hideo Kojima proves to bear any weight.

TheMetal Gearmastermind posted the following message onTwitter(translated byDS) after reminiscing about the limited edition MGSPS3 and PSP consoles: "After all, I wonder if you want a limited edition?"

In a followuptweet,Kojima added: "[SONY] × [PS4] × [MGS GZ] collaboration initiative is in progress. More information at a later date," leading us to believe we'll be hearing about a special editionGround ZeroesPlayStation 4 in the near future.
