[Update: Officially Revealed] Kojima Teases Special Edition Metal Gear Solid V PlayStation 4

[Update] Konami has officially unveiled the previously teased special edition Metal Gear Solid V PlayStation 4 console that will be available in Japan when Ground Zeroes launches in the region.

There's no word on whether it'll be releasing outside of Japan, so sit tight and keep your fingers crossed. That said, I wouldn't hold your breath.

[Original] A PlayStation 4 console adorned with Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes art may be in the works, if a tease by series creator Hideo Kojima proves to bear any weight.

The Metal Gear mastermind posted the following message on Twitter (translated by DS) after reminiscing about the limited edition MGS PS3 and PSP consoles: "After all, I wonder if you want a limited edition?"

In a followup tweet, Kojima added: "[SONY] × [PS4] × [MGS GZ] collaboration initiative is in progress. More information at a later date," leading us to believe we'll be hearing about a special edition Ground Zeroes PlayStation 4 in the near future.
