Konami's Neverdead Gets Release Date, DLC... Already...

Posted on Thursday, December 1 @ 13:59:14 Eastern by

Konami sent word out today that a game I had already forgotten about will be arriving on store shelves January 31st, 2012. That game would be NeverDead, a game that centers around the mechanic of invincibility and mutilating yourself to overcome challenges.

How the hell did I forget about this game? Shinta Nojiri, creator of NeverDead said:

In NeverDead, we've gone all out to change the approach the player takes in battle. Losing a limb is a mere inconvenience and Bryce's physical skills allow a wealth of ways to take out the enemy - from close-range combat, to throwing limbs into clusters of monsters and shooting them remotely.

The most disturbing thing about NeverDead?

KONAMI will also release information on upcoming NeverDead DLC soon.

C'mon guys, just put the game out first.

So they can not entirely finish a game, release it, then release the rest of the whole game as a DLC? Fuckin ****ity **** **** ****.
