Modern warfare shooters are a dime-a-dozen, so why not jump behind the “wheel” of a ten-ton behemoth and incorporate strategy to decimate the enemy?

Learn All About Damocles In New Ryse: Son of Rome Trailer

Posted on Thursday, October 17 @ 08:42:09 PST by Alex_Osborn

Microsoft and Crytek have released a new trailer for its upcoming Xbox One-exclusive Ryse: Son of Rome. The video comes courtesy of GameSpot.

While the clip doesn't feature gameplay, it does provide an extensive look at Damocles, "a Roman centurion who was betrayed and murdered at the hands of corrupt Roman generals, and then returns from the underworld to seek vengeance."

Is it just me or does this trailer look like a mashup between 300 and God of War?
