Undead Lab's zombie-infested action title has finally hit XBLA. Is it worth a few of your precious Microsoft Points, or should you whack it over the head with a two-by-four and continue on your merry way?

E3: PC or rather about the lack of it

E3 2013 has been very silent for me. There's tons of media, but most of it buzzes past my ears without them catching the important keyword that my ears are fine tuned to receive: "PC" or "Personal Computer". Microsoft, Sony, EA and Ubisoft have all shown their cards...

Let Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3's Modes and Customizations Explain Themselves

Posted on Tuesday, November 1 @ 11:36:27 Eastern by

Looks like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is introducing a couple of new modes, but will you really explore beyond Team Deathmatch or Ground War? Activision, Infinity Ward, and Sledgehammer Games released the trailer above today, but I've got two questions:

1) Will the third-person mode from Modern Warfare 2 be returning? As stupid as it sounds, I really liked playing in that game type and I want to see it come back.

2) What could the drug references could possibly be in Modern Warfare 3 to earn it the M rating? Well, I guess all the shooting and killing would probably contribute to it too.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will be out on November 8th for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.

Custom modes, eh? What makes the developers think that I'd want to join a 1-hit kill, infinite ammo, friendly-fire, M4A1 only matches whenever I want? Think that's not going to happen day 1? Probably not, though I'd give it a week before 90% of those custom matches become that.

Creating custom game modes in Black Ops was hella fun after I got bored with the MP.

Slower movement, higher weapon damage, I modeled it after Battlefield, kinda.
Support had support stuff, Assault had assault stuff, and Engineers had engineer stuff.
Each team had a different set of weapons.
    It was really cool.

....3rd person mode was in the trailer. Well, the option for it.

I hope it returns to matchmaking as well. I loved it (despite its huge glaring flaws), it was way more fun than normal MP.
