Marvel Producing Max Payne 3 Comic Series

Posted on Wednesday, April 18 @ 10:47:19 Eastern by Alex_Osborn

Do you like comic books? Are you looking forward to Max Payne 3? If you answered yes to both of these questions, then boy do I have some exciting news for you, as Rockstar has just announced that Marvel Custom Solutions will be creating a 3-part comic series tied to the upcoming game.

This trilogy of content will be released in both digital form as well as print, though if you're hoping to get your hands on the tangible version, I recommend you jump on it sooner rather than later, as the print edition will be released in limited quantities. The series itself will explore the past of Max and lead up nicely to the events that are set to transpire in the third installment. The talented Dan Houser and Remedy's Sam Lake are doing the writing, while Greg Horn and Fernando Blanco will be responsible for designing the pretty pictures by making excellent use of their artistic capabilities.

The first issue, titled After the Fall will be released within the next couple of weeks free of charge, courtesy of Rockstar Newswire. Hard to argue with that.
