Marvel vs. Capcom 3 Box Art Is Reversible!

Posted on Thursday, September 15 @ 14:13:21 Eastern by

While Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 will come with the box art by Shinkiro (above), Capcom will be giving you a freebie with the choice of another box art. By simply flipping the cover over, you can view an alternative comic-book-style box art drawn by Marvel's Mark Brooks (below), known for his illustrations for X-Men, Spider-Man, and Young Avergers.

So far, according to Capcom's official blog Capcom-Unity, viewers prefer Shinkiro's art to Brooks' art about 6 to 4. While I think the former has better use of negative space, the latter does showcase many more characters on the cover. Which do you prefer? [Click on the images to enlarge.]
