Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance Arriving "Early 2013", Demo Coming

At Konami's Pre-E3 show, hosted by a hologram Japanese hologram executive, the company highlighted Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.

After showing an in-depth trailer (see below) featuring story elements, cutscenes, and gameplay, they revealed that the game will release in "early 2013".

Later in the show, Konami confirmed that a demo of the game will be packed in with copies of Zone of the Enders HD Collection when it releases, although no date is set.

Metal Gear Rising will also be playable at E3. We'll be sure to get you some hands-on impressions of the game.

    This is not the Metal Gear I've devoted significant portions of my life to. Shame on you Konami.

    No ****, anyone who knew anything about this game should have know this frok the second it was announced, the mere fact that it stars raiden should have tipped you off, now stop acting butthurt like konami somehow tricked you, if you bothered to do a second of research you would have known this.

    So all that tech and no stealth, just a Dynasty Warriors running and slashing groups of peons then fight their leaders or bosses... I hurt inside.
