Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance in Playable Form at E3

Posted on Wednesday, January 18 @ 10:32:12 Eastern by

As excited as we are to see more of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, I certainly didn't expect to hear that it'll be playable at E3 this year. According to Famitsu, Hideo Kojima has said that the title will be playable at the big show, giving journalists and more the first opportunity at a hands-on with the game.

Since it's announcement, Metal Gear Solid: Rising was having a hard time in developmet at Kojima Productions, so when the creator of Metal Gear decided to take the project in a different direction, Platinum Games stepped up to the plate and started hacking away.

To hear that it'll be in a playable state so soon is certainly encouraging. We'll be sure to bring more news as it breaks on the title and on E3 2012.
