Metal Gear Solid HD Collection Vita Release Date Confirmed

Posted on Thursday, May 17 @ 11:14:47 Eastern by Keri_Honea

Yay, another PS3 port to the Vita! Wait, that's not supposed to be a good thing, right? Ah well, I suppose any new game for the Vita is a step in the right direction, and at least it's Metal Gear Solid HD Collection. People like Solid Snake enough to play him on the go. At least I think people do.

But that's the beside the point. The point is that Konami has finally announced a release date for the HD Collection on Vita, and it is on June 12, 2012. Maybe this will be a trend for the summer; Sony will fill up the normally void summer with Vita releases. I can only hope.

Konami being Konami, I wouldn't be surprised if they delayed it again without telling anyone, like they did twice with Silent Hill: Book of Memories.
