Metal Gear Solid: Rising Gets New Producer

Posted on Thursday, November 17 @ 09:13:32 Eastern by

Let's face it, Konami and Kojima Productions like to get the word out pretty far in advance.... Regardless, when games take this long, we're bound to be asking questions. News comes today that Metal Gear Solid: Rising will have a new producer at the wheel.

Shigenobu Matsuyama, the game's original producer, has been let go and Yuji Korekado, currently producer on the Zone of the Enders HD Remakes, will be taking the helm next.

The VGAs has lined up Hideo Kojima to show off new gameplay and address rumors, but we'll have to wait and see what that means exactly when the VGAs air on MTV2 and Spike TV next month.
