Microsoft Acquires Twisted Pixel

Microsoft has acquired Splosion Man and The Gunstringer developer Twisted Pixel in a move to "drive further innovation around Kinect and Xbox Live".

That's pretty much the gist of the news right there, but we can't help but think about how Microsoft should acquire more studios like Twisted Pixel. Sony has done well with building a first-party portfolio for the PlayStation 3. If Microsoft could do the same, they'll be in a much better position for this next generation Xbox that has been making headlines this week.

What studios do you think would be a good fit for Microsoft to acquire?

    I think they should acquire any studio that wouldn't be used to "drive further" the Kinect.
