Grid 2 surprised me. I was going through the motions, getting used to the cars and their handling, when suddenly something happened. I started having fun.

Undead Lab's zombie-infested action title has finally hit XBLA. Is it worth a few of your precious Microsoft Points, or should you whack it over the head with a two-by-four and continue on your merry way?

E3: PC or rather about the lack of it
By Starling

E3 2013 has been very silent for me. There's tons of media, but most of it buzzes past my ears without them catching the important keyword that my ears are fine tuned to receive: "PC" or "Personal Computer". Microsoft, Sony, EA and Ubisoft have all shown their cards...

Microsoft Comments On Fez's Lack Of Patch Fix

Posted on Friday, July 20 @ 15:23:26 Eastern by

So Fez won't be getting a patch for its original patch. Money, less than 1% of users, blahblahblah, nothing we can do about it. Really, there's nothing we can do it about it. Why? Because there's nothing Microsoft can do about it and if the multibillion dollar company can't convince Phil Fish to get off his ass, then us gamers certainly won't. In a statement issued to Kotaku, Microsoft said:

Polytron and their investor, Trapdoor, made the decision not to work on an additional title update for Fez. Microsoft Studios chose to support this decision based on the belief that Polytron/Trapdoor were in the best position to determine what the acceptable quality level is for their game. While we do not disclose the cost of Title Updates, we did offer to work with Trapdoor to make sure that wasn't a blocking issue. We remain huge fans of Fez.

And that's that. Sucks to be a consumer these days :-/.

So Microsoft is trying to work with the developers to fix the game (in case money was the primary issue), but Fish is being a lazy ******* and just saying "f*** the players." Is that an acceptable summation or am I misunderstanding something here?

(by the way, I'll work on finding a new avatar sometime today, I PROMISE)

seems like it, they knew damn well what was in their contract so theres really no excuse.

what i want to know, is how this gets by and is still getting by, yet the latest penny arcade game had to be delayed because if you pulled a memory card out while you were saving the game it would crash.
