Microsoft Studios Vancouver Developing "An AAA Action Console Game" On "Next-Generation Platforms"

Posted on Tuesday, October 30 @ 14:06:45 Eastern by Sebastian_Moss

The last time we heard about Microsoft Game Studios Vancouver they had canceled their educational Kinect title 'Project Columbia' and suffered a few layoffs. Now, we've discovered that they are working on "an AAA Action console game".

The listing for a Senior Systems Engineer specifies the genre, as well as adding that employees will "develop and adapt world-class technologies for next-generation platforms". Another job listing provides some hints as to what we can expect in the game:

Experience and/or education in sculpting and drawing realistic organic forms with an emphasis on human, biped and quadruped shapes.

Game Revolution will be sure to keep you posted when the title is officially announced.
