This Mighty No. 9 Gameplay Footage Will Please Mega Man Fans

Developer Comcept has released a quick look at how its side-scrolling action game,Mighty No. 9, is coming along. To no one's surprise, it looks a whole lot like a spiritual successor toMega Man. Is it a coincidence that Keiji Inafune, the creator ofMega Man, is the head of this project? I think not.

Check out a minute and a half of Mighty No. 9'swork-in-progress gameplay footage below.



The game is still quite a ways off from release, so keep in mind that what you see here may not necessarily be representative of the final product.Mighty No. 9is set to launch sometime during the spring of next year.
