Mists of Pandaria Female Panda Model Revealed

Posted on Monday, March 19 @ 12:19:15 Eastern by Jonathan_Leack

After quite a bit of controversy, Blizzard Entertainment have revealed the female Pandaren model for World of Warcraft's next expansion, Mists of Pandaria. You can see it in its full sexy glory above.

Despite my original expectations I think the model fares well and next to the others already in the game it's arguably the best World of Warcraft will have to offer, although that probably isn't saying much. If anything it looks like a fluffy overweight dwarf with a cute (oh my god the C-word!) face.

Mists of Pandaria has been on the receiving end of a lot of jokes lately with many claiming that Pandarens will make the game feel "too childish" with its Kung Fu Pandas. I'll go on record and say that although I don't like that they'll be available for both factions I don't see why they're a problem. Worgens suspended any reality the game had and Gnomes are so intolerable I just want to kick them across a river.

What do you think of the model? Will it ruin World of Warcraft forever?

I think it came out pretty damn well. In fact, I think I'll roll one for my monk. The male model is just kind of boring.

I am told that if you roll a pandaren hunter with a bear pet and a panda companion, the game will crash, be careful.
And hey check out the stampede ability.

Stampede... nerfed when I truly did enjoy launching horde off the cliff in lumber mill.

I prefer the Black and white model myself . And i don't care if the red panda model haves a tail, I'll stick to traditional pandas.

The monk class is cool. Pokemon system is cool. The teddy bears I can do without.

*This* will make WoW too childish? I mean...The game where it's ghouls look like cartoon characters and grab their head when hit like it were a Scooby Doo episode while stars float around it's head like this **** were "Who Framed Roger Rabbit"? Yeah. A kung Fu Panda is kinda ******** on the dark, mature artwork that WoW has had going for it for the past six or seven years...I mean, I could handle the spectral tiger sandbox toy in game but now they're crossing a line.
