LATEST FEATURESBeing A Console Is Actually Xbox One's Worst Asset
Microsoft's newest console has lots of different features, but video games might hold the device back from the software giant's true intentions.
Before Microsoft and Sony do something regarding their future in the video game business, I wanted to write, and I've wanted it for a long time now, but other things kept getting in my way, and fearing that tomorrow might be too late, today will have to do.

Modern Warfare 3 Multiplayer Trailer Has Got the Runs
Posted on Friday, September 2 @ 14:55:10 Eastern by Daniel Bischoff
I'm sure there's a ton of information in this trailer that you can sift through. As much as I'd like to tell you about all the crazy bull shit within but I just don't have the energy for it. Seriously. I'm tired. Why don't you just make me want to buy you Call of Duty. Just try.
Assault is basically the same ol' run and gun gameplay. Killstreaks are the norm. I think they're called Strike Chains now.
Support players earn points for things like assists and grabbing/returning flags. They don't expire after death. A bit unbalanced if you ask me. It's also a bit misleading in the trailer as they are still referred to as Killstreaks.
Specialist players don't get Kill/Pointstreaks or Strike Chains, they earn perks. After the eighth kill, you have every perk available to you.
There is new equipment, but I don't really care much for them, so I didn't pay that much attention. Quickscoping has returned. Which ****ing sucks. Grenades also seem to do the same amount of damage as ever.
So yeah, Day 1, but I'll most likely play Barebones. Because it sounds like a bit of a cluster**** and the a lot of the bad **** from MW2 has returned.
I don't know, it still isn't doing anything for me. I'm kind of over all the run and gun shooters that are just the same thing over and over. I may pick it up and play through the singleplayer and maybe get online once in a while, I played so much BlOps I'm kind of getting burned out on it, but I do enjoy the zombie modes.
I can see where you're coming from. It's different for me, as I didn't start playing CoD until MW2. Treyarch is cooking up something cool though, I wish I could talk about it. It'll probably be the last one I buy.
I want to see if GR can go a SINGLE DAY without posting something about COD. Just one. It won't happen, and I'm going to be disappointed by the next post cause it'll probably be something that someone said about COD being better than sliced bread, but f*cking seriously... What are there, like 5 COD posts today?

This looks a lot like MGS4 to me. Similar level of future-ness.
