It's been long rumored that an Arcade Kollection of the first three Mortal Kombat arcade games would be releasing on consoles. While most expected for it to release relatively close to the new Mortal Kombat, it never happened. Now, it has been officially confirmed by Warner Bros. UK in a new tweet:

That's it for now. But we'll update you with more details, like a release date and price, when they're announced.

Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection will cost $10 and features online multiplayer and leaderboards. The game is expected to arrive some time this Summer. We'll keep you posted if any additional details are announced.

Wow PC? There hasn't been an MK PC release since Mortal Kombat 4. I hope it gets a Steam release, but I'm still pre-ordering.

I'm surprised it's 10 dollars. MS would easily charge $15 (1200 MS points) just for one the games. Luckily, it's multi-console.
