NES Remix Announced For Wii U, Available Today

Posted on Wednesday, December 18 @ 07:03:55 Eastern by Alex_Osborn

Today's Nintendo Direct presentation brought with it the reveal of NES Remix, a Wii U eShop title that bundles together a whole bunch of classic games from the original Nintendo Entertainment System.

However, a few changes have been made to each of the 16 included games to offer slightly new experiences for fans of the originals. For example, you can play the original Donkey Kong as Link instead of Mario.

Here's the full list of included remixed titles:
  • Super Mario Bros.
  • The Legend of Zelda
  • Donkey Kong
  • Mario Bros.
  • Balloon Fight
  • Excitebike
  • Ice Climber
  • Golf
  • Clu Clu Land
  • Wrecking Crew
  • Donkey Kong, Jr.
  • Pinball
  • Tennis
  • Donkey Kong 3
  • Baseball
  • Urban Champion
The game is available starting today on the Wii U eShop, so head on over and download away!
