New 3DS Color Launching Next Month

Posted on Wednesday, August 10 @ 08:18:13 Eastern by

Nintendo is seeing red in their financial statements, and it's making them as aggressive as a charging bull. Along with a 3DS price drop, they're fighting back with more red - a "Flame Red" Nintendo 3DS.

Nintendo of America president, Reggie Fils-Aime, says that the new price in combination with this holiday season's releases and this new red color has the 3DS "poised to be on fire".

The Flame Red 3DS is already available in Japan and will be arriving on US store shelves starting on September 9th.
