New PlayStation Store Launches October 23, See It In Action
Posted on Wednesday, October 17 @ 11:39:12 Eastern by Anthony Severino
The PlayStation Store will be getting a dramatic redesign come next week on October 23rd (it's out now in Europe), and Sony has released a video showing it in action.
Good news! It looks a lot less Microsoft-y in the video than the preview images we saw last week did. Overall, it looks slick, has some nice pop to it, and should make for a better user experience all around.
I see some nice features, but I really don't like the design. I don't have time to learn how to navigate it, as I have to finish learning my way around the Hall of Doom.
The video almost broke my monitor. It didn't want to turn on after having to display that...that...hideous, terrible...cheap ripoff of the horrible Xbox dashboard.
