UPDATE: New Silent Hill HD Collection Screenshots

Posted on Thursday, January 5 @ 16:35:56 Eastern by

UPDATE: Silent Hill HD Collection delayed until March.

Releasing this month on January 24th, 2012 in March, Silent Hill HD Collection (otherwise known as Silent Hill Re-Mastered Collection) will combine both Silent Hill 2: Restless Dreams and Silent Hill 3 with HD graphics for the end-all, be-all genre-defining horror on PS3 and Xbox 360.

I mean, we both know the Silent Hill 2 and Silent Hill 3 is already awesome, as is Pyramid Head, so playing both of them in 720p should be awesome as well; that is, if they are diligent and upgrade the textures correctly. These two games deserve it, darn it all. They've already added Trophies/Achivements and updated voiceovers, so let's hope Konami knows what it's doing.

I just got my original PS2 copies back from my parents' house, but I will still get this. PS2 games on a HDTV look like total arse.
