Newegg PS3 Game Sale Lasts 3 Days

Newegg has substantially slashed the prices for multiple PlayStation 3 titles for the next 3 days, with some games receiving more than a 50% off discount. The usual limit of 5 copies per customer applies.

Child of Eden - $29.99 $9.99
Two Worlds II - $19.99 $9.99
El Shaddai - $29.99 $9.99
White Knight Chronicles II - $29.99 $15.99
Prince of Persia Trilogy HD - $39.99 $15.99
Nier - $19.99 $9.99 (Already out of stock, but could be restocked within the sale dates)

This sale is a great idea considering that we're starting to get into the holiday season when the fight for attention is palpable. If I had put down money on any of these games, I would check out El Shaddai for the visuals and Nier for the crazy story.

    The review you guys gave for nier doesn't seem that positive el shaddai doesn't even have one :s I'm scared about spending my money

    Nier's review doesn't give the game justice at all. Honestly, I would definitely recommend it and El Shaddai to anyone who wants a more unconventional, but still great, experience.

    PoP trilogy is well worth it, but who hasn't already played those? Child of Eden only if you have a kinect. Nier and White Knight are complete crap and Two Worlds II is mediocre at best, but still fun. El Shaddai is just plain weird and repetitive. I recommend most of these as just rentals.

    I'm on the fence about the PoP trilogy. While I enjoyed playing them last gen (especially Sands of Time), I've heard mixed opinions about their HD versions, saying they were buggy. Anyone know if this is still the case?

    Nier, due to Longo's Vox Pop about the game a while back. I just don't know if I have the time to sink into the game to get everything out of it that he got.

    Yeah, that's the downside. It's an RPG, so it's got RPG amounts of time you have to put into it. Though what's good is that you can get through the NG+ in like 4 hours each time, so getting through the game the first time is the biggest obstacle.

    El Shaddai is pretty cool, very interesting game like nothing i have ever played before. Got it on 360 for 10 bucks new at Best Buy a few weeks ago. Its worth the 10 bucks.
