Nintendo's Big DLC Expansion, New Super Luigi U Out Today, What's Different?

Throughout the Year of Luigi, Nintendo has celebrated the other brother with his own games, but New Super Luigi U breaks new ground for the company as extensive downloadable content. Nintendo's latest trailer breaks down Luigi's slightly altered handling.

While 3DS titles like Fire Emblem: Awakening and New Super Mario Bros. 2 have gotten extensive DLC packs on the company's handheld device, this is the first major home console expansion (that I can think of... If I'm totally wrong, just let me know in the comments and I'll edit your intelligence into this post).

I know Anthony is growing his own mustache and learning to flutter in mid-air for this special occasion, but Wii U owners without NSMBU can wait until August 25th (in  the US) and July 26th (in Europe) when the retail version of New Super Luigi U hits store shelves. That physical disc is only available in 2013, so it might turn out to be quite the collector's item.
