Nintendo's SDCC Hands-on Lineup Includes The 3DS XL

Posted on Monday, July 9 @ 10:42:31 Eastern by Keri_Honea

Nintendo wil have a presence at San Diego Comic-Con this week, and thankfully, it looks like they'll have less of a Nintendo Land presence and more 3DS. THANK GOD.

Even better, their 3DS line-up includes the 3DS XL. If I have the time, I will sit in that line to try out the XL to see if it is more comfortable and if the 3D isn't as painful after long lengths of time.

If you're planning on going, here is what you can expect:

Nintendo 3DS/3DS XL
  • New Super Mario Bros. 2
  • Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon
  • Kid Icarus: Uprising
  • Mario Kart 7
  • Super Mario 3D Land
  • Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate (Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc.)
  • Heroes of Ruin (Square Enix)
  • Kingdom Hearts 3D - Dream Drop Distance (Square Enix)
  • LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes (Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment)
Nintendo DS
  • Pokémon Conquest
Wii
  • Kirby’s Dream Collection: Special Edition
  • Just Dance 4 (Ubisoft)

Even if it is more comfortable, there is no way to transfer your downloadable/ambassador games over to another 3DS is there? Or am I mistaken on this?

I'm pretty sure there is, actually. I don't know about Ambassador games (be best to ask Nintendo), but the rest should be able to be transferred.
