No Dead Space 3 For Wii U

Posted on Friday, June 15 @ 10:44:29 Eastern by Keri_Honea

The Wii U may be getting older games like Batman Arkham City and Mass Effect 3 as well as Assassin's Creed 3, but it won't be getting Dead Space 3. The gospel word has been spoken by Steve Papoutsis, Visceral Games' vice president and general manager, over everyone's favorite social media platform: Twitter.

A fellow twerson flat out asked Papoutsis if the game would come to the Wii U, and he responded with "Not currently in the plan." The only way he could be more blunt is if he outright said, "No."

Of course, this isn't to say that it won't release on the Wii U later down the line, depending on the success of Batman Arkham City and Mass Effect 3. Or maybe the team will want to show ZombiU how to do shooters well on the console. Would you even want to see Dead Space 3 visit the Wii U?
