PC Is Leading Platform For First Unreal 4 Game, Fortnite

Fortnite is getting some limelight at Comic-Con this week, with Cliff Bleszinski announcing during a panel that the title will be the first to utilize Unreal Engine 4. The defense-building-against-the-undead-and-other-monsters... game will launch on PC first and foremost.

While other platforms haven't been ruled out, Bleszinski stated at the panel that:

Next-gen's here. It's been here. It's a high-end PC. [Fortnite doesn't] make sense [with Unreal Engine 3].

Cliffy added that PCs are a part of Epic's "heritage." Check out the new screens above and below.

    I'm a bit skeptical about this and still am. I wished I could more about the game rather than looking at screens.
