PlayStation 3 Exclusive Starhawk Reveal This Friday

Posted on Monday, May 9 @ 09:40:22 PST by

Shortly after the PS3 exclusive online multiplayer-only, vehicle-focused shooter Warhawk released, the game's development studio Incognito disbanded, and studio head Dylan Jobe founded a new company called Lightbox Interactive. Jobe and his new team have been hard at work on a new game, tweeting up a storm about it, but never able to talk details.

Knowing that he's successfully kept all of Twitter interested, it was only fitting for Jobe to tease the game's reveal this Friday.

The wait is over next Friday...

Coincidentally, that's when a special "Sony surprise" will be debuted during Spike TV's GameTrailers TV show.

Jobe and the rest of Lightbox Interactive have been long rumored to be developing a follow up to Warhawk that's described as "Warhawk in space". Shortly after the rumor was first making its rounds, Sony filed a trademark for the name Starhawk.

We'll be watching this Friday's episode of GTTV live to bring you the news as it happens.
