PlayStation Plus April Schedule Includes Shift 2 Unleashed And Shank 2 For Free

Posted on Tuesday, March 27 @ 15:23:42 Eastern by

April is packed to the gills with goodies for PlayStation Plus subscribers. First and foremost is early access to the Ghost Recon Future Soldier beta for Plus members. The date for the beta hasn't been locked down yet, but with Ubisoft's third-person military shooter releasing in May, it's gotta happen some time soon.

Perhaps more enticing are the free game downloads Sony is offering up, including another full PS3 title in the form of Shift 2 Unleashed. Shank 2 and Frogger Returns join PSOne Classic Silent Hill in rounding out the free downloads for subscribers.

Canabalt, Farm Frenzy 2, and Mystic Garden will be free PlayStation Minis for those of you looking for quick hits to play on your PS3 or PlayStation Vita. All in all, this isn't a bad month to join PlayStation Plus if you haven't already subscribed. If you're already a member, which games are you looking forward to downloading for free the most?
