PlayStation Vita Does Away With Manuals

The PlayStation Vita officially launches in Japan in a mere few hours. Information is already trickling out about the hardware, the games and more.

Reports are coming in saying that PlayStation Vita games will not have a manual included in the game case and they're on the game itself or located online.

While on the topic of PlayStation Vita manuals, the hardware manual itself is now available in English online. You can view it here.

    Won't be long until instruction manuals for games go the same way. Forced tutorials will become the norm pretty soon because people can't be bothered to actually read.

    I like game manuals. That's too bad.
    But unlike most of Sony's decisions regarding the Vita, I can still get behind this one.

    That's ok, Nintendo games include enough manuals for the both of them.
