PopCap's Plants Vs Zombies: Garden Warfare And Peggle 2 Launching First On Xbox One

Posted on Tuesday, August 20 @ 08:23:15 Eastern by

At gamescom today, Microsoft announced that both of PopCap's next generation titles, Peggle 2 and Plants Vs Zombies: Garden Warfare, will be launching first on the Xbox One later this year. These two titles are timed-exclusive for the Xbox One, that will eventually arrive on the PS4 and presumably PC.

Plants Vs Zombies: Garden Warfare is a third-person shooter spin-off of the original tower defense game, and was the winner of one of our Best of E3 2013 awards. The Xbox One version of PvZ: GW will feature an exclusive Kinect-enabled Boss mode.

Peggle 2 is the sequel to one of the best-selling puzzle games in recent years, and will be available at the Xbox One launch.
