PS Vita: Everything's Gonna Be All White

Supplies! Well, no... not really. It was only a matter of time, and now, that time is now. Or, at least it will be come June 28th.

That's when a Crystal White PlayStation Vita will be released in Japan. And while it's not yet announced for North America, I'd say it's a safe bet that Sony will make that announcement at E3 during their press conference.

"But Anthony, what about limited edition bundles featuring anime girls?!?!", you ask? Sony has that too. On August 30th, a Limited Edition Hatsune Miku Project Diva Crystal White PS Vita will launch, adorned with an image of Hatsune Miku on the back touch panel—right where your grubby little fingers are in position to rub all over her.

    The thing is, these alternative colors take so long to come to America, and by then I can't be bothered to give a ****. Besides, I already have a black one... what's this going to do for me?

    What Sony should have done is release the Vita in the ugliest color known to man: Olive. Then after some months release the white version and the entire rainbow, and after a year or two release the Ultimate, Undisputed king of colors, Black.

    That would keep sales figures steady, and the guys wanting the latest toy in town will get it sooner and uglier, and guys waiting for a price drop will gladly pay more for the best-looking color.
