LATEST FEATURES Being A Console Is Actually Xbox One's Worst Asset
Microsoft's newest console has lots of different features, but video games might hold the device back from the software giant's true intentions.

I wasn't allowed to talk about the new Infinity Ward game last week when I met with Activision, and I don't have much to say now that Xbox One spilled the beans.

PSN Down For 14 Hours For Maintenance Tomorrow

Posted on Wednesday, February 29 @ 09:33:34 Eastern by Keri_Honea

It seems like this happens every week, and hey, the PlayStation Network will be down tomorrow for yet another round of maintenance. The downtime is scheduled for 14 hours, from 8 a.m. PST to 10 p.m. PST.

The maintenance will sign out everyone logged into the PSN, and no one will be able to log in over the duration. Access will also be barred from the PlayStation Store or PlayStation Home. No one will be able to access your PSN account, either on your PS device or on your computer, and no one will be able to play games online. It's a complete online blackout.

Sony has not said what the maintenance is for, so all we can do is keep our fingers crossed that this is some sort of upgrade to the system and not a massive security breach. No one wants to relive last Spring.

Jeez, you're killing me with your melodrama. And I will not play with my Xbox friends, because I don't pay for that. I'm going to wait 14 freakin' hours or just not play online at all. I have a bunch of awesome single-player games in my library.

Well, you get what you pay for. Still, it seems weird that downtime would be in the middle of the day & evening. Why not schedule it from like 11 pm to 1 pm?
