R2-D2 Xbox 360 Shines in Limited Edition Star Wars Kinect Bundle

Posted on Thursday, July 21 @ 12:10:16 Eastern by

Microsoft and LucasArts have announced a Limited Edition Kinect Star Wars Xbox 360 Bundle to coincide with the upcoming Kinect Star Wars game. The bundle features a ridiculously awesome R2-D2 console, the first-ever white Kinect, a C-3PO inspired gold chrome 360 controller, 320GB HDD, wired headset, and copies of Kinect Adventures and Kinect Star Wars.

The entire bundle will set you back only $449.99. That's pretty expensive, but goddamn I want that R2-D2 Xbox 360. Pairing it with a C-3PO controller makes it even cooler. That's product design genius right there, folks.

Sorry, I just don’t see enough resemblance. R2 is all round curvy, Xbox 360 flat boxy.

If you lay it flat as opposed to on it's end, it more resembles the upper console part on R2...not so much the whole droid...or maybe its these pretzels just making me thirsty

@ Amorphis: You said something witty and/or clever that someone else appreciated in some way, and said individual wishes for your remark(s) to be seen by the rest of the GR community.

As far as the console goes: it is the droid I'm looking for...
