For Obsidian's crowdfunded love letter to Infinity Engine games like Icewind Dale and Baldur's Gate, I was impressed by its willingness to pull back the curtain and let me see the machinery behind it.

Ratchet & Clank HD Collection On The Way?

Posted on Friday, March 2 @ 07:45:53 Eastern by Keri_Honea
HD Collections of last-gen series are pretty much the new Guitar Hero, but at least people get excited about these and they actually sell. If what Amazon France has suggested is correct, it looks like we will be getting excited about another HD Collection: Ratchet & Clank.

The online retailer has even given the collection a release window of May 2012, instead of the usual December 31, 20xx when they have no clue. While this does not confirm that there will be such a release, the listing does greatly suggest that this is real. By looking at Sony's recent progression with PS2 series—Jak & Daxter, ICO & Shadow of the Colossus, Sly Cooper, and God of War—R&C seems to be the most logical next step.

I'm still waiting for the Kingdom Hearts HD Collection. Who do I need to bribe to get that to happen?
