Undead Lab's zombie-infested action title has finally hit XBLA. Is it worth a few of your precious Microsoft Points, or should you whack it over the head with a two-by-four and continue on your merry way?

E3: PC or rather about the lack of it
By Starling

E3 2013 has been very silent for me. There's tons of media, but most of it buzzes past my ears without them catching the important keyword that my ears are fine tuned to receive: "PC" or "Personal Computer". Microsoft, Sony, EA and Ubisoft have all shown their cards...

Real Life Rewards Will Be Tied To Xbox Achievements

Posted on Wednesday, June 20 @ 08:07:25 Eastern by Keri_Honea

Guess what Achievement whores? You may be getting more than meaningless points for your Achievements in the future!

The official Xbox Live Rewards twitter account tweeted a tease suggesting just that. "We've hit 50,000 followers, which means it's time for an announcement! Coming Fall: a new way to earn Rewards based on your Achievements!"

The Xbox Live Rewards program rewards users with Microsoft Points for doing random things on Xbox Live. I'm part of this program, and I'm still miffed that I won't get my first bonus points for signing for Xbox Gold, as I already have a Gold account. So I have to admit that I am curious as to how they will tie your Achievements and GamerScore to the program. If you have to score the perfect 1000 for a game to get a reward, I'll never open up that treasure box. However, if they reward you for hitting GamerScore milestones, say every 10,000 points after you reach 20,000, that could be fun indeed.

I hope GamerScores carry over to the next-gen.

I was in the Rewards beta, but I had already done EVERYTHING that would have earned me some points, so it was pretty useless. I haven't paid much attention since then.

Wait, so it's not retroactive? Yeah no, since I was already good at getting achievements before this was implemented it doesn't count. No big deal or anything.

Hey, what do you know, I retweeted this. I'm definitely will think it'll tie-in with milestones. I been part of the Xbox LIVE Rewards program since it started. I do enjoy getting free stuff for my avatar, because I give it to our community. True story.

this is nothing compared to realxboxrewards.com. They reward you for much less work, and less points. And they give away consoles and games
