Release Dates for Super Mario 3D Land, Mario Kart 7

So, you've got a handheld unchallenged this holiday season in the US and European markets. What do you do?

UNLEASH HELL!

No! You give Mario two games to dominate with. The venerable Mario Kart series makes its 3D debut with Mario Kart 7 on December 4th. New characters like Lakitu and Metal Mario will be joining the cast, in addition to a tricks system and the ability to drive with the gyro sensor in first person.

Super Mario 3D Land will be arriving on the system in North America earlier, then it's go-karting brethren on November 13th, just in time for store shelves and Black Friday. Enjoy the Mario Kart 7 trailer above!

    There's an idea. Have a Mario Kart, but they aren't even riding go karts. Have them ride skateboards like Sonic.....wait.....no don't have them ride skateboards like Sonic.
