Remedy Currently In Search of "World Class Talent" For Next-Gen Title

Posted on Friday, May 11 @ 11:36:19 Eastern by Alex_Osborn

Remedy Entertainment, the famed Alan Wake developer is already jumping on the next-gen bandwagon, as the studio begins its hunt for new talent to help develop a title for the next wave of upcoming hardware. This news comes from a job listing presentation slide tweeted (of all things) by Matias Myllyrinne, the studio head of Remedy, which reads: “Remedy Entertainment is looking for world-class talent to work on an unannounced project targeted at future generation consoles.”

Unless you've been living under a rock with hands pressed tightly against your ears, it should be readily evident to you by now that the launch of the next Xbox and PlayStation can't be all that far off. After all, something tells me that when Remedy is referring to "future generation consoles" they aren't talking about the Wii U.

So that begs the question, what could this new game be? A proper followup to Alan Wake? Something completely new? Let us know what you'd like to see from the studio in the comments below.

Really? It's a great game. One of the few truly awesome Xbox 360 exclusives.
