Rock Band Will Be Removed From iOS

Posted on Tuesday, July 24 @ 14:21:30 Eastern by Keri_Honea

A message was sent out earlier this year notifying users that Rock Band would no longer be playable on iOS, which was immediately struck down as an error by EA. We aren't saying that it turns out to be true after all, because you can still play the game all you want. However, as of July 31st, it will be pulled from the iOS App Store and no new songs will be available for download.

If you've been wanting other songs, now is the time to buy them.

EA explained that Rock Band iOS and Rock Band Reloaded are being removed due to their licensing agreement with Harmonix coming to a close.

Better get to downloading those songs, Rock Band fans! You have one week left.
