After all these years, and growing up with Windows 3.1, I have seen an entire evolution of computers and software. Touch screens and large resolutions were a pipe dream just 15 years ago. Now it's the norm. Going from a Packard Bell (yes, before HP) that couldn't run 3D Ultra Mini...

Rumor: From Software's Next Game Is Project Beast [Update: Video]

Posted on Friday, May 30 @ 05:14:07 PST by Alex_Osborn
[Update] A video showcasing the first in-game footage of the rumored PlayStation 4 exclusive, "Project Beast," has made its way onto the web, courtesy of NeoGAF.

Give it a look, in all of its gothic glory, below.

There's a good chance we'll learn more about this mysterious title during Sony's E3 media briefing. Until then, keep those fingers crossed!

[Original] Dark Souls developer From Software is reportedly developing a new title in conjunction with Sony Japan Studio. It's tentatively titled "Project Beast" and looks very much like a next-gen take on the Souls games.

A bunch of screenshots made their way on NeoGAF, outing the alleged title. Check out a couple of them below.

Could this be one of Sony's surprise titles for E3? It sure sounds plausible. That said, "Project Beast" has yet to be confirmed, and as such, should be treated as mere rumor for the time being. Hopefully we'll hear more soon.
