Grid 2 surprised me. I was going through the motions, getting used to the cars and their handling, when suddenly something happened. I started having fun.

Undead Lab's zombie-infested action title has finally hit XBLA. Is it worth a few of your precious Microsoft Points, or should you whack it over the head with a two-by-four and continue on your merry way?

E3: PC or rather about the lack of it

E3 2013 has been very silent for me. There's tons of media, but most of it buzzes past my ears without them catching the important keyword that my ears are fine tuned to receive: "PC" or "Personal Computer". Microsoft, Sony, EA and Ubisoft have all shown their cards...

Skype Teases Possibility Of Xbox Integration

Posted on Thursday, March 7 @ 15:00:41 Eastern by Alex_Osborn

Microsoft will most likely be revealing its new console within the next month or two, and speculation regarding what features will come packed into the box is unsurprisingly at an all-time high. There's reason to believe Skype will be one of the Big M's headliners.

The company purchased Skype back in 2011 for a whopping $8.5 billion, so it would stand to reason that this internet-based communication service will probably play a large role in the future of Microsoft's gaming platform. Speaking to TechRadar, Skype mobile marketing head Derek Snyder discussed the plausibility of such integration.

"If it's an Xbox we're trying to connect to - it's probably not that hard to believe we're looking at that - what does that mean for gaming? How does Skype enhance the gaming proposition? Of course Xbox has things with voice and messaging chat at the moment, but does video make sense for that case?" Snyder said.

It looks like we'll just have to wait for the impending hardware reveal to find out.

Well MSN (Windows Live) messenger is being dissolved this month in place of Skype. All those childhood memories of staying up all hours of the night chatting on MSN 7.5 (before the shitty Windows Live Messenger took over). RIP.

Ah, the glory days of messengers.

Back before everyone and their 5 year old brother had unlimited texting and a camera phone.

I don't have unlimited texting! But you're right, it f^cking disgusts how children have phones now. I didn't get my first phone until I was 17 and it was a pre-paid clamshell. I also had to pay for it myself, I highly doubt kids these days even know how a phone plan works.

Man, it's ridiculous. A friend of mine that teaches third graders takes a kid's phone away about once a month. THIRD GRADERS! They're nine years old. What the hell do they need a phone for? Who the **** is going to call them during the day?

Yeah, I can understand a cheap pre-paid emergency phone that you put like 100 minutes on or something, but these kids have $600 iPhones. Yesterday I saw a 7 year old with an iPad 3...what are parents thinking these days?
