Skyrim DLC Will Have Snow Elf Prince, Vampires, And Crossbows?

Anthony reported on the prospect of (finally) new DLC for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, with venerable Bethesda representative Pete Hines teasing that he would be "working on getting a little more info... [m]aybe next week?"

Well, it seems that a member on Bethesda's forums has done a little extra digging. A user named Raestloz has checked out the update files for Patch 1.5.26, which user Karellan has scanned for valid code strings and uncovered the following:

Well, that seems to suggest that there will be snow elves, the Snow Elf Prince, crossbows, some vampire feeding, and probably some NPC codenamed RF. The Snow Elf and their Prince were once a part of Skyrim but the Nords scooted them off their mountains, so my guess is that their spirits are back to get some payback and you have to stop it.

Did we get it right, Bethesda? If you say "no comment", we're right.
