FEATURED VOXPOP oblivion437 Update: I was unfortunately not aware of Shamus Young's severe criticism of Fallout 3 available here to link in the original piece and I regret that.  It dovetails rather nicely with what I've written and it's much better executed than my piece.  I strongly recommend anyone...

Sonic Adventure 3 Domains Registered

Posted on Tuesday, July 24 @ 08:25:21 Eastern by Alex_Osborn

Sonic
fans finally have something to be excited about, as a slew of "Sonic Adventure 3" domains have been registered by 1&1 Internet's French division. Does this mean that Sega's actually working on another installment in the popular Sonic series that first appeared on the Dreamcast? It certainly looks to be that way.

According to a report from TSSZ News, the following domains were registered in April: sonicadventure3.com, sonicadventure3.net, sonicadventure3.org, sonicadventure3.info, sonicadventure3.fr and sonicadventure3.eu. It's important to note that the domains for Sonic Generations, Sonic the Hedgehog 4 and Sonic Free Riders were all registered by a firm called EuroDNS, so it's very possible that a Sonic Adventure 3 isn't currently in the works at Sega.

But that's not going to stop the Sonic fanboy in me from holding out hope.
