The PlayStation Vita just launched in Japan to much praise and a strong reception from consumers. But that's Japan, and Sony has been quiet on launch plans of the US aside from announcing a release date of February 22nd, 2012. That's all changed now, as Sony has just revealed the launch line-up of both first and third-party games, as well as the pricing and details on accessories, including the now notorious PS Vita memory cards.

I truly doubt the 3G version of the VITA is going to truly allow freedom of gameplay when it's linked to crappy networks like AT&T - which can't even handle smartphones and charges outrageously. Thing is, once the first person shooters get rolling, I think you'll see people everywhere playing Call of Duty: Mobile Warfare or something of the sort. In fact, I think they'd do well to get some Fallout or Skyrim on there.

It's not about selling consoles, it's about the quality of the games.
